Biography:
I was born in Florida on April 4, 1990. My father is a police officer, my mother is a nurse practitioner, and I have one younger brother. Since age 6, I’ve played optimist baseball, football, and soccer. I played on the varsity football and baseball teams at Pembroke Pines Charter High School. I love sports, but I also enjoy hanging out with friends, going on vacations with my family, umpiring youth baseball, and volunteering at a rehabilitation hospital where patients are recovering from accidents and burns. I’d like to have a career in business or sports rehabilitation.
Honors:
I steadily improved academically in high school, especially during my junior and senior years. My unweighted HS GPA was 2.4, weighted GPA for Division I was 2.65, for Division II 2.82 based on NCAA elidg. worksheets. I received the academic turn around award and was nominated for the Most Improved Student Award for 2007-2008. I received the 2008 Senior Student Social Studies Department Award and a 2008 Broward County Police Benevolent Association scholarship. I am NCAA eligible. I graduated HS in May 2008 and attended Fall Semester at Arkansas State University where I achieved a 3.0 GPA.
Other Statistics:
2007 HS Game Stats: 31 punts, 42 yard Avg, 14 inside the 20. I train year-round with Coach Mike McCabe, Former All-American Punter, Illinois State University; Chicago Bears. I was the #1 Ranked Senior Punter at the 2008 One on One Kicking Competition Expo. Competition results: Punt avg 51.10 yards, best 58 yards, avg HT 3.73, best HT 4.08. I spent fall semester 2008 at Arkansas State University (ASU) as a red shirt punter. My ASU coach will authorize my release to play football at another university in Fall 2009. I would fall under the 4-4 one time transfer rule for NCAA.
About Me:
I am a dedicated team player and fun to be around. My goal is to utilize my punting skills to contribute to the success of a college football team while pursuing my education in business or sports rehabilitation. I would also be interested in contributing to the success of a college baseball team as a pitcher if the football department leadership would permit me to play two sports.

Desired Major:
Business or Sports Rehabilitation/Therapy
