I try and train very hard in everything i do,whether it be track&field,football,or soccer.I do this because sport is my life,if im not out training or if i dont have a ball in my hand im not happy .I beleive that when you have finished training you shouldn’t be able to walk or talk because you shoud have tried and push yourself to your absolute limit,because the more you put in at training the more you get out in a race/event this stands for every aspect of life no matter what career you pursue.This is how i live my life and there my guidelines.
