Biography:
Hi,my name is Joshua Benjamin and I compete in track and field and I throw the shot put and discus.I love throwing the shot put and the discus I have been throwing it for about six years.I am very serious about throwing shot and discus at the next level and I do AAU track every year so I stay busy.
Honors:
Some of my honors are that I went to the junior olympics this year and competed in the discus and shot put I did ok in the shot I placed 13th or 14th but in the discus I did very well in the discus placing fifth and I am nationally ranked in the top five in AAU track and I also came first in my district in the shot put.
Other Statistics:
My PR(personal best)is about 42 in the shot.In the discus is about 140 is the discus.

I love competing and trying to be the best I go to the gym every day working hard so I can perform my very best when its game time.
