Dean Bundschu

Dean Bundschu — Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding PrepChamps, Dean was a co-founder of InTheNumbers, a North Carolina based company providing foreclosure data to the real estate market. He also worked for Orion International, a recruiting and consulting firm, where he was consistently a top performer, responsible for Fortune 1000 Companies. Prior to venturing into the business world, Dean served for 6 years as an Officer in the United States Army. This service included a combat tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he commanded a 120+ soldier HQ Company. Dean’s highly effective sales and marketing skills, corporate business experience and leadership ability complement his entrepreneurial interests.

Dean attended Ohio Northern University on a full ROTC scholarship where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.


Hal Fischer

Hal Fischer — Founder & Director of Marketing and Strategic Alliances.

Hal is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with nearly 10 years experience in several industries. He was the Founder and CEO of MilitaryStars, which he led to become the largest military career fair company in the nation, as well as a Partner at Orion International, the nation's largest military recruiting firm. Hal’s strengths include strategic consulting, business planning, sales strategy development, and all aspects of marketing.

Hal is responsible for the strategic oversight of corporate branding, marketing, public relations and product marketing functions for PrepChamps.


Jay Kerr

Jay Kerr — Founder & Director of Strategic Operations

Jay has over 15 years of diverse management and leadership experience in procurement and operations. His successful roles and consulting engagements include large and small organizations and companies such as Northrop Grumman, Titan, Deloitte, and Pepsi. With an MBA from Johns Hopkins and a B.S. from US Air Force Academy, Jay also served as an active duty Air Force officer for over 6 years.

Jay will be responsible for overseeing operational efficiency across all areas of Operations.


Bryan Minihan

Bryan Minihan — Chief Technical Officer

Bryan has over thirteen years of experience solving business problems via web and application development and design across diverse industries and companies, including GlaxoSmithKline, Accenture and The Nature Company. He led the SpeedGreetings.com technical team as CTO and built a rich interface application for its business communications product line. Bryan delivered innovative web solutions to AutumnRiders.com and other small and large companies as CEO of Binary Press, Inc.

While directing the user centered design team at GlaxoSmithKline, he drove sweeping usability and technical improvements to its web portal and enterprise applications. Bryan was formally educated in computer science at North Carolina State University, and served eight years with the North Carolina Army National Guard.


Gary Hayes

Gary Hayes — Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hayes has over 30 years of financial management experience with over 25 years focused on the software and services segment. He is currently Managing Director for Growth Finance LLC a leading provider of part time CFO services in the Southeast. His experiences have been broad and varied including leading several M & A teams on acquisitions, participated in a management buyout of a $150M software company, and its subsequent IPO and secondary offering. More recently, he has gained significant experience in raising venture capital in his work with technology companies in the RTP area. At KOZ.com, and then at Ateb he raised over $40M in venture capital. Mr. Hayes is a 1971 graduate of the University of Maryland with a business degree in Accounting. In 1974, Gary passed his CPA examination in the State of Maryland and completed his education with an MBA, also from the University of Maryland in 1978. He is also an ongoing instructor for the Fast Trac Tech program at the Council for Entrepreneurial Development and a coach for the Launching the Venture Program at the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina.


Dale Bundschu

Dale Bundschu — Vice President of Sales

Dale Bundschu has over 10 years of sales, management and operational experience in a professional environment. Between 2004 and 2006 Dale successfully started two new branches in the staffing industry. During this time he was responsible for the overall sales, leadership and operations of the offices. Both offices posted profits within six months and grew over 400% in their second years. He was also responsible for the development and recruitment of his team and overseeing the P&L of both offices.

In addition to his sales and management experience, he has extensive experience in developing talent. Dale spent 2 years as a Corporate Trainer responsible for training over 500 professionals in the areas of leadership, recruiting and sales techniques.

Dale is a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a B.S. in Sports Management with a Business concentration.


Kevin Fitzgerald

Kevin Fitzgerald — Director of Athletic Combines

Kevin has been developing and conditioning athletes for the past 13 years. He has been a strength and conditioning coach for some of the most prestigious collegiate athlete programs in the nation, including Florida State, Norte Dame, and Vanderbilt. He has coordinated and executed several High School Combines, College Summer Camps, and National Football League Pro-Days for athletes across the country. Kevin has a B.S. in Nutrition and Fitness from Florida State University.


Jeremy Rohrs

Jeremy Rohrs — Director of Basketball Operations

Jeremy has over 10 years of business management and operational experience, including successful roles at Reebok and George P. Johnson which is one of the world's largest event management companies, where he developed and strengthened many client relationships. He has coached men's and women's basketball teams at the high school and college levels, one men's team being a Massachusetts high school state runner up. Jeremy played division 3 college basketball at Ohio Northern University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree.
